We enjoy using The Barn ourselves as do our family and friends. We also like to share the property and this beautiful area by offering The Barn as a holiday let.

During peak season the cost for a week would be approximately £550, whilst for a weekend it would be about £280. Contact Alan to discuss further.
At other times of the year the minimum for a week would be £280 and for a weekend it would be £160.
Dogs are welcome, subject of course to some simple rules for the benefit of all guests – they are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
The Barn is a NO SMOKING establishment. If you are a smoker then consider giving up for the duration of your stay. (Why waste that wonderful country air?) If you choose to smoke then please do so away from the immediate vicinity of the property; the sheltered decked area at the front of the shed would be ideal.
Recently full fiber broadband has come to Holwick and we have a connection at The Barn. So despite its remote location you will be able to enjoy wi-fi at 86mbps.
